Shipping Info: Orders will be shipped when all items are available; no partial shipments.
All orders will ship within 7 days, based on the release date, the customer will receive a shipping notification and tracking details.

Pre-Orders will ship in the order in which they are received, first come first serve.

Domestic shipping via USPS Media Mail
International shipping via First Class Mail
Return Policy: If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the contents of your order, and they are not visibly damaged or worn, you may send them back to us for a full refund. Initial shipping costs, and costs to ship the package back to us cannot be refunded. If you would like to return the product you ordered and exchange it for a different product of the same value, we will be happy to do that for you. However, we will have to ask that you pay for the shipping costs to return the original package, and to ship the new one.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

In the event of limited availability/stock orders may be canceled at the discretion of Freeman Street Records, the customer will receive a full refund.
